The Trust Central Team provides the core business functions to ensure that the Trust complies with its statutory responsibilities and supports the operations and educational performance of our academies.
The team operates under the leadership of the CEO; working with staff and Governors in schools to ensure that the required outcomes and priorities of the Trust are achieved in accordance with the Trust’s Mission and strategic priorities as agreed by the Trust Board.
Hayley Walsh
Lord Street Primary School Headteacher
Hayley is Headteacher of Lord Street, our two-form entry Primary school. She has over 15 years' experience working in a variety of educational settings, including alternative provision, SEMH and mainstream schools. Hayley has a real passion for shaping the lives of children and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Hayley draws on her wealth of experience of working in multi-agency partnerships to impact positively on the lives of pupils in her care. She brings to the executive team a wealth of expertise in behavior, culture, personal development and PSHE.
Hayley holds a first-class Bachelor of Honours degree in Education and Professional Studies and has successfully completed National Professional Qualification for Headship.
